Job Description
The Pre Sales/Sales/Practice Lead for Aftermarket Service Area manages the opportunities across offering development to sales pursuit to close using deep sales process. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients protect and grow the business. Act as point of contact to develop the Aftermarket Operational offering as well as strengthen thekey ties with the client and internally.
Key responsibilities
. Shape and support go to market offering for Aftermarket Service OR Engineering Services OR Circular Supply Chain capabilities, setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
. Develop overall Analytics strategy for Aftermarket business areas providing solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility.
. Identify the key technologies/asset & work closely with the development team to implement the solutions as per the current business needs.
. Manages large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within including building the Sales pipeline, qualifying deals, ensuring right subject matter experts are leveraged.
. Work closely with technology and business leads to execute growth strategy and interact with senior management levels at a client or internally, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
. Work closely with the management to identify & Update benchmarks, Standard Delivery Solutions, Key Performance Indicators, Business Outcome Indicators showing latitude in decision-making for the process.
. Develop heat map for existing / new client portfolio and identify operational gaps to drive sales, ensuring our existing accounts are delivering to plan and profitably
. Drive Road Shows, sales campaigns, sales origination, and participate in proposal development/ presentations as well as Interface with other functionsto drive sales
. Provide strategic and futuristic thinking on key Aftermarket / Maintenance topics (e.g. engineering, Spares Planning, Field Force, Quality, etc.)
. Must be able to travel up to 75%
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
. Minimum of 5 years selling/closing Operation deals in the Outsourcing Space, ideally in the Aftermarket Space.
. Minimum 5 years Aftermarket/Quality operations experience
. Minimum of 7 years Client Relationship and/or delivery experience
. Minimum of 5 years selling into any of Utilities, Telecom, Automobile, Aerospace, Resources and Products industries.
. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Professional Qualifications:
. Prefer someone with experience developing, maintaining and obtaining meetings with new and existing C-Level relationships
. High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure.
. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
. Professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character.
. Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
