Who You Are
Cisco Customer Experience team is looking for senior engineers who can work extensively with customers to drivetechnology design, implementation, execution and/or optimization activities
The role Typically requires a 8-12 years of work experience in networking and wireless domain.
Candidate should have following experience
  • Experience in leading large WLAN migration projects & complex design/implementation engagements
  • RF deployment Experience to support design, troubleshooting in complex RF environments such as airports, warehouses, industrial areas etc.

Job Responsibilities include
  • Takes leadership role to plan, design, configure and optimize use of Cisco's suite of WLAN & SDA products
  • Leverages software skills and tools to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco products and solution
  • Acts as a focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements
  • Provides input to Sales team in creating and demonstrating Cisco solutions
  • Preferred Hands-on Product with Cisco Wi-Fi 6 access points, Catalyst 9800 wireless controllers, DNAC, Meraki full stack, Automation experience
