What you should have
  • Work as L2/L3 resource in AWS and Azure Cloud infrastructure and system administration team providing technical support and resolving issues
  • Installing, configuring, and supporting primarily Linux and Microsoft Windows Servers on IaaS
  • Responsible for Linux and windows server installation, maintenance, monitoring & patching.
  • Monitoring of cloud instances performance
  • Communicate with peers and managers regarding system issues & participate in 24x7 on- call.
  • Work in coordination with other internal teams to ensure the infrastructure fully and effectively Providing supports
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in a support service for the infrastructure and Linux, Windows operating systems.
  • Min 4 years experience in working with different services in AWS and/Azure Cloud Platform
  • Good knowledge of AWS services in Compute, Storage, Networking, Infrastructure as a code, Serverless computing, IAM. SSH, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, Email Routing, etc.)
  • Collaborative, team focused with working experience in a 24/7 up time environment
  • Good knowledge in Windows, DHCP, DNS and AWS
  • Good understanding on windows server architecture and hands on experience in server administration and tools
  • Maintenance, upgrade of existing services
  • Hands-on experience as a Windows Admin, working with Windows Server Active directory server 2008 and 2012 and 1016
  • Install, configure and troubleshooting experience on multi node Windows systems
  • Installing and managing the File and Print servers
  • Support Hardware problems in co-ordination with Vendors
  • Managing the Calls like production Node, Domain controller down
  • File system corruption on production server and production major H/W failure
  • Daily Health checks, Planning and implementing fixes / Patches
  • Act on Day to Day House Keeping tasks by using tools & scripts
  • Work with Change & Problem Management Tools
  • Create regular reports for Management requirements
  • Experience on cloud servers would be an added advantage
  • IaaSPaaS: Full lifecycle of production IaaS and PaaS infrastructure within Spectrum Cloud environments including both
  • SaaS: Will support and manage external SaaS solutions including configuration management, deployment, IAM, monitoring, and security
  • Cloud: Will monitor and maintain the Spectrum Cloud environments and all related infrastructure and networking components
  • Monitoring: Will own, manage, and maintain the monitoring solution for the Cloud environment and all related IaaS and
  • PaaS components. Will own monitoring of external SaaS solutions
  • Deployment: Will manage deployments to hosted applications both within the Spectrum Cloud and externally hosted SaaS solutions
  • Security: Will implement company security requirements and best practices. Will monitor for security events. Will interface with the KPMG incident response, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection teams. Will remediate vulnerabilities within the environment as they are detected
  • PatchingUpdates: Will coordinate and manage patching of all IaaS VMs and containers
  • OS: Will manage OS level images, configuration, deployment, and monitoring of all Linux and Windows platform
  • BackupRecoveryDR - Own the backuprestore process and related infrastructure. Own the execution of DR processes as required
  • IncidentProblem Management - Will be required to lead incidentproblem management efforts to help identify and resolve production and service-related issues
  • Change Management - Manage and coordinate changes within the Service Now change management system. Attend
  • Change Management review meetings to present upcoming changes and seek approvals.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must

What you will do
  • Team Member required to support migration projects of Global IT Infrastructure (24x7) and services
  • Incident resolution using SOP and required to prepare WI
  • Follow the event management processes as defined
  • Incident recording, Validation and Qualification
  • Bridge opening/handling and coordination with Service Owners and stakeholders as per the list provided
  • Timely acknowledgement, ticket update, notification and tracking of the incidents including the critical incidents
  • Willing to work rotating shifts including night shifts (Compulsory)
  • Solid Cloud skills in Azure and AWS. Familiarity with Azure IaaSPaaS services
  • Strong experience with IaaS, Linux, and Windows.
  • Strong experience Linux and Windows
  • Experience with CloudDevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Pipelines
  • Experience with a scripting language and or PowerShell python.
  • Experience working with ITSM tools and process
  • Experience working with monitoring tools
  • Understanding of Cloud Security and Networking Concepts and practices
