Position description:
  • Moderate and create content for the forums, social platforms and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement
  • Explore new community friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of Angel Broking user base and influencers
  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms
  • Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings
  • Collaborating with the cross functional team (Brand, Content, Product, Sales and Revenue) to build efficiencies for user growth projects
  • Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives
  • Monitoring social media and analyse relevant community metrics
  • Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Grow and manage local online and offline Angel Broking communities
Required Skills:
  • Overall 6-10 years of experience of which 3-5 years of proven community management experience with strong ownership and project management skills
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter).
  • Familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Strong understanding of fintech eco-system and trends.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.
  • Ability to be an individual contributor
