Job Description

Key Skills Required:
Ability to analyze, configure and troubleshoot large Cisco voice networks 
Drive for continuous learning, results orientation and teamwork 
Acts as a focal point for account network problem resolution.
Is a technical expert in more than one area 
Effectively utilizes lab setups to debug broad and complex problems 
Submits complete and correct DDTS reports in area of expertise with collaboration and supervision 
Solid foundation in IP network communications protocols 
Significant exposure/familiarity with the following platforms: 
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (6.x, 7.x, & 8.x) Ensure adherence to the published compliance frame work. Monitor by conducting periodic audits to ensure all compliance aspects are adhered to; Analyze and publish reports on the findings; discuss with the concerned stake holders and follow up on the close. 
To keep self-abreast of the changing paradigm through reading, research, feedback and competitor analysis to ensure that the process design has the next/best practices. Must be able to add IP phones, End users, CSS, Partition, Route pattern and Route Group etc. 
Good understanding of Unity Connection Voice mail services. 
Good understanding of VoIP, MGCP, H.323 and SIP services. Technical Certification: CCVP
