Job Description :
is a central function within the CIB Digital & Platform Services organization responsible for managing the J.P. Morgan's Lines of Business ('LOBs') relationships with their network of local market participants and market infrastructures. These critical providers include Financial Market Infrastructures ('FMIs') (payment systems, central counterparties (CCPs), and check clearing systems) and Agent Banks (subcustodians, cash correspondents, partners, and clearing banks).
With over 190 resources, the Network Management team is primarily located in London, Bournemouth, New York, Tampa, Hong Kong, Singapore and Mumbai to provide coverage of markets and selected clients. While the group resides within the CIB, it supports all J.P. Morgan's lines of business including Corporate & Investment Bank (Global Markets Securities Services Wholesale Payments), Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial Bank and Consumer & Community Banking.
Role: Network Analytics Lead

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery of a range of process automation and transformation initiatives
  • Defining problem statements, gathering & defining requirements, andprioritizing delivery in partnership with the broader team
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams including the Business, Technology and Operations
  • Leading business analysts through the project lifecycle, providing support and guidance as well as coaching and direction
  • Managing, tracking, and reporting to management the Project delivery from initiation through scope, requirements, build, testing, operational readiness and implementation
  • Management, escalation and mitigation of risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to the team on technical capabilities around Intelligent automation tools
  • Participate in Design forums to explain the framework and automation designs to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, with 12+ years of overall industry experience
  • This role requires an experienced Sr. Business Analyst /Project Manager with techno-functional skills with experience in working in Financial Services industry, with in-depth understanding of the products and markets in which the investment bank operates
  • Have extensive experience in designing and automating business processes with help of Intelligent automation tools like Alteryx, Xceptor, Python etc. and use of visualization tools viz. Tableau, Qlik View etc.
  • Familiarity with Python Scripting and knowledge of SQL will be preferable
  • Experience in data modeling principles/methods including conceptual, logical & physical Data Models will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency on IT control framework with an ability to guide the team to exhibit controls related to development of IA tools will be desirable.
  • Strong project management & business analysis skills with track record of consistent execution
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver work of a high standard, to tight timelines
  • Proactive business process reengineering experience, a tenacity to drive to root cause of issues and the ability to lead efforts to define and implement creative solutions
  • Experience of working as part of an agile development team
  • Attention to detail with the ability to succinctly communicate requirements
  • Evidence of strong investigative skills, problem solving & process re-engineering skills able to see issues at both a high-level and in detail
  • Strong team player who can build and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues at all levels and functions in a collaborative manner
  • Experience of people management and leading teams
