Chief Manager - National Relationship Manager
LOCATION OF JOB: Head office- Kurla
· To manage Key Account & Strategy of CABR relationships and key account/strategy & Sales of CABR . The Objective is to achieve the top line with profitability and ensure to drive business strategy and initiatives with the distribution HO & build a successful partnership distribution.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Business Development, Planning & Strategy
· Formulating business plans for channels to meet the organizational objectives.
· Distribution shops sales planning
· Downloading Annual / monthly Targets with CABR partner branch, cluster, region & zone level
· Periodic review and course correction of sales plans & to incorporate organizational / regulatory changes if any
· MIS on multiple initiatives being driven across various distribution shops
· Devising BTL marketing strategy to improve insurance penetration among distribution customers
· Ensuring display of promotional material at broker/CA branches.
· Draft and drive a comprehensive sales management process.
· Initiate and facilitate tech integrations basis organisational requirements & available tech stack.
To Tie-Up with the Individual Brokers and the Multi locational Brokers and Drive the business for Pan India
· Ensure that top line target is met
· Maintaining the relationship and ensure clean business as per the company guidelines
· Develop the end to end process with the Accounts
· Managing the P&L and the servicing at the account level with the support of the zonal teams
The Profile expectancy

2. should be performance oriented and should give due importance to goal setting, performing and achieving.
3. Must have excellent interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in high pressure environment
5. must be able to prioritize and handle multiple work responsibilities simultaneously
Needed candidates from LI or GI industry handling similar profiles from competition
CTC of 14- 15 Lac PA having 7-8 years’ experience in similar profile.
