Job Title : Singapore & Malaysian Payroll (Asia payroll) - Asst.Manager
Job Location : Shollinganallur, Chennai Can apply from PAN India)
Exp : 5 - 8 yrs (Rel exp : 4+ yrs in Singapore & Malaysian payroll)
Shift : APAC (6.30 am to 4 pm) - 5 days working
Desired Candidate Skills :
** Should have excellent communication skills
** Should have at least 2 yrs of team mgmt exp (On papers)
Responsibilities :
Effective Communication, problem solving, decision making skills and
handling escalations.
Experience and Knowledge in end to end of Singapore & Malaysia Payroll
processing
Experience and Knowledge in processing Salaried and Hourly Paid
Employees.
Experience on Employment framework (country specifics and understanding
of benefits)
Demonstrated experience in the administration of employee lifecycle
Ability to Handle Queries and Exceptions
Ability to perform complex transactional activities
Ability to guide the team on complex and judgmental activities
Interaction with customer, vendor and 3rd parties
Ability to lead the teams as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Team handling experience in outsourcing environment
Exposure to audits, Quality standards, Continuous improvement etc
Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles, pay groups and complex payroll
calendar.
Knowledge of local statutory and legal requirements and payroll taxation
rules for Singapore & Malaysia Payroll.
Knowledge on Payroll accounting.
Knowledge on any Payroll ERP like Ramco Systems, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft
