Customer Support Associate
We are looking for people with good communication skills and having basic knowledge regarding networking and database concepts.
Job Location :
Must be able to communicate with the customers in fluent English as the customers may be domestic or international.
Must be able to collect the required significant data.
Must maintain positive and co-operative relations with customers/clients.
Communicate and resolve the issues of the customer and respond to their queries.
Should work enthusiastically with the team.
