  • Experience in creating & developing key project artefacts such as plans & BRDs and target state business processes.
  • Data experience is beneficial.
  • PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent is beneficial.

The Party RDA program is an end to end transformation programme that will fundamentally change, enhance & improve risk metric production across the firm. Party RDA is responsible for implementation of a consistent Single Obligor view of bank wide client (‘party) data, including credit owned party data, from authorised sources across the Investment, Private & Corporate Banks.
The program spans data sourcing, technical enablement, CCO integration, target state business process implementation, data quality enhancement and business adoption across Risk, Finance & Treasury (‘RFT) to drive completeness, accuracy, timeliness & consistency across risk metric calculations and reporting.
The RDA program is lead within Finance Change and is responsible for leading delivery across divisions to achieve strategic & shared bank wide goals including SREP, Postbank/PFK integration & Return to Compliance, BCBS 239, Daily Liquidity Reporting, Retail Rating Harmonization and reduction in CRDU manual adjustments.
The RDA Program Work Stream Lead will be responsible for the Business Analysis & Operational Readiness work stream, including analysis to support requirements, creating solutions, planning, execution & delivery, operational readiness, data sourcing, data privacy, test analysis and support across all in scope areas. The role will also take responsibility for supporting and leading program management activities across the Party RDA program. The role reports to the Party RDA program manager.
  • Preparation of agendas, packs and minutes for RDA governance forums (OpCo, SteerCo, WEM) to a high quality on a timely basis, and ensure all related governance documentation, artefacts and masters are maintained & aligned consistently.
  • Build positive working relationships with key programme stakeholders, central CFO PMO & work stream leads to facilitate timely & high quality delivery of inputs for governance forums and clarity reports.
  • Maintain clarity for Party RDA programme in line with CGF requirements, ensuring completeness, accuracy & consistency throughout. Provide the required support to the programme manager with RAID review and status reporting through clarity.
  • Maintain central detailed MSP plan across RDA work-streams, ensuring regular plan review sessions are held with work stream PMs and plan is aligned to POAP master.
  • Maintain programme budget, cost management & forecasting for 2020 to 2021 in clarity, ensuring resource/month level breakdowns in place across all sub projects
  • Maintain programme change control process and facilitate CR approvals in RDA governance forums.
  • Maintain Programme SharePoint to an acceptable standard, and in line with document management processes within the bank.
