**_Chief Financial Officer (CFO)_** • The CFO will have overall responsibility for ensuring that the financefunction is generally and specifically in conforms to best professionalpractices and accounting auditing and compliance standards. • Specifically, accounting (monthly and annual accounts) are maintained andreports, disclosures and filing of returns are done in a timely and accuratemanner; specifically the regulatory (RBI) and statutory (MCA etc)requirements. • The CFO will be responsible for budgetary control and ensuring thatfinancial authority is exercised in line with delegated authority--both forcapital and revenue expenditure. • The CFO will supervise and mentor the finance teams across the Group andendeavour to maintain morale and team work. He/ she will provide and arrangetraining refresher courses and other orientation to keep abreast of marketupdates and developments. • Te CFO as a member of the senior Management and Executive Committee willcoordinate with other functional and administrative heads and teams in theGroup so that all tasks are performed and pursued efficiently and smoothly. • The CFO will report to the CEO and in his absence- via the ExecutiveCommittee (ExCom)- report into the Chairman and the Board of Directorsfunctionally. He/ she may be tasked with special assignments and projectmanagement from time to time. • The CFO will also have lateral oversight responsibility for Compliance andthe Company Secretary as may be determined by the CEO and/ or the Chairman ofthe Company. • The CFO will have direct oversight of the Treasury and Fund Raising ( debtand equity-raising), bank facilities, and shareholder & InvestorRelationships. He will prepare and update cash flow forecasts for liquidityand treasury management and recommend and revise capital managementstrategies. • The CFO will prepare and update presentations to the Analystcommunity,Press/ media, Board, shareholders and prospective investors. Minimum & Preferred requirements • The incumbent should be a qualified accountant C.A.( ICAI-CharteredAccountant); or a MBA Finance. • A CFA and Company Secretary qualifications will be preferred but either isnot essential to be considered. • Minimum 8+ years experience in a leading lending NBFC or a Bank; candidateswith more or less experience will be considered if they can demonstrateoutstanding attributes appropriate for a management role.Location - COimbatore
