Purpose of Position

  • To assist the System Certification and coordinating certificate issuance in line with BSI policies and procedures.

  • To control the work in review and recommendation process following receipt of full visit documentation and corrective actions.

  • To work with Operations and provide support to the customer and BSI staff.

Key Duties and Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Managing documentation received from assessors and coordinating for timely report reviews and Coordinating with other report reviewers and CSO admin for timely report reviews.

  • Tracking of data on above.

  • Update the data bases including SAP, PG, IATF, SAI etc. or all clients with respect to the Certification details and required aspects.

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with both internal and BSI India office staff in order to ensure a proactive partnership approach.

  • Provide a rapid responsive service to both internal and external clients ensuring customer satisfaction as a high order of priority.

  • Printing/post (after initiation of e-Certificates) the Certificates and ensure their review and approval process and check on payment status (with Finance function) prior to actual delivery to clients.

  • Maintenance of trends related to the function, viz. certificate delivery time, report review issues, etc.

  • Tracking the e-Timesheets for the Assessors.

  • Act as a brand Ambassador for BSI. This means acting ethically, following company rules and promoting BSI services to clients so they are able to optimize business performance and Make Excellence a Habit.

Key Performance Measures

  • Timely Report Review after the report submission . Two to Four working Days (Time includes any follow-up with concerned assessors in case of clarifications, if any.)

  • Timely update of records including client details, certificate cycle, certificate and other related.

  • Timely compilation of data for regular periodic reporting viz. for Certification Lead time, issues identified during report reviews, etc.

  • Identifying the gaps in meeting the requirements of applicable BSI procedures

Dimensions

  • No direct subordinates but will give advice and guidance as required to support Management Systems staff

  • Interface with Human Resource for Assessor records and initial qualifications within BSI

  • Interface with Operations - Assessors / CSO admin. esp. for report / qualification reviews.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • An academic qualification such as graduation/diploma/post-graduation.

  • Prior experience in a similar position.

  • Full understanding and familiarity with BSI's Reporting Requirements.

  • Organised, efficient and methodical in approach, with high attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with basic MS Office packages including MS Word / Excel/ PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook & esp. SAP / Point Global
