Job Description

We are looking for experienced candidate to work as Centre Manager.
  • The main role will be to Head and Manage the Delhi branch end to end.
  • Manage a team of 5 to 8 Sr Counsellor & JR. Counsellors working from the Delhi office
  • Manage a Work from Home Team of 8-10 Tele counsellors (TEST Prep team)
  • Support team with queries with regards to applications, visas and other country related information
  • Providing counselling support and managing escalations
  • Check and assist for Visa filing - Conducting audits, one to ones and performance reviews with all team members
  • Joining formalities and trainings for new joinees - Regular Refreshers trainings and product knowledge tests for counsellors
  • Strategising, planning and implementation to ensure centre targets for students enrolment and revenue are achieved
  • Liaising with University Reps and Associates for latest updates on countries, courses etc
  • The candidate will be given individual student targets and expected to make individual contribution towards sales, expected to do Face to Face & Telephonic counselling of students who are looking for admission in various Universities in UK, Ireland, Australia, Germany, New Zealand & Canada. The job involves calling on fresh leads and follow ups to ensure walkins, conversions and admissions. The job will involve significant reading, self studies and on-line research to ensure most accurate and updated information is shared with students.

  • The candidate must have a proven track record of leadership and team handling abilities
  • Skilled to handle a centre and its day to day operations independently.
  • Must have pleasant personality, should be approachable & friendly. -
  • Possess Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills, both written and spoken. -
  • Have counseling experience and in-depth knowledge of at least 3 out of the 6 countries including Universities, Admissions, Visa & Education System etc.
  • Knowledge of UK will be a distinct advantage
  • Should have Good training and mentoring skills to train team members on Countries, Universities, Student Visa etc.
