• Certification in IT Infrastructure is an added advantage.
• Perform Monitoring & Helpdesk Tasks related to one or more domain (Windows/Unix/Database/Application/Network/Antivirus & Security Product)
• Perform L1 technical Infra Support based on SOP
• Perform Voice Support.
• Monitor the Ticketing System until the closure.
• Prepare the Help Desk & Monitoring Tool Report.
