This role will be responsible for overseeing campaign execution for Retail Regulatory and Barclaycard Regulatory/Operational/Servicing/Marketing
. The role involves managing E2E campaign delivery across multiple communication channel platforms - Direct mailing (paper), Emails, SMS, Cloud.
. You'll also work hard at building strong working relationships with key people - both inside and outside of Barclays both onshore and offshore.
. Campaign Delivery manager to peer check/create all documentation for the review and sign off by the SME based on business requirements and governance and controls are followed through Business sign off
. As a Campaign Manager you will engage with Demand team on new requirements and will be expected to own the delivery.
What will you be doing
. Work with the Business on delivering Strategic/Regulatory/Marketing Multi-Channel Comms
. Prepare the auditable documents from the brief provided by the business
. Prepare Tech Specification documents based on the communication channels as required by the business
. Manage component teams like data, OTX Platform team and Sales Force to ensure successful delivery
. Manage vendors like Communisis, IMI, mobile, Striata, etc to ensure successful delivery
. Prepare and manage schedule for delivery to meet business requirements and maintain governance and control
. Deliver your comms to a high quality and in a cost efficient way, making sure all campaigns are delivered on time, to budget and achieve the business objectives.
. As the campaign delivery manager understand the commercial impact of your campaign and use learning to drive future delivery efficiency.
. Understanding the impact of content, data and technical delivery will have on our customers and any reputational risk and customer complaints that may arise off the back of the communications.
. Making sure you follow the Rigour and Governance that sits behind the day to day management of all campaigns following the Risk acceptance control framework
. Prepare, manage, attest artefacts as appropriate
. Run Go/No-Go decisions with Management and final delivery. (when running Marketing campaigns only)
What we're looking for:
. Knowledge in campaign execution
. Exceptional Communication skills to deal with various teams across levels
. Strong stakeholder management skills
. Knowledge on various platforms (HP Xtreme, Sales Force) and data - Preferred
. Knowledge on Project Management methodologies
