Call Centre Executive
Key Job Responsibilities of Profile:
Inbound
1. Respond to customer inquiries
2. Handle and resolve customer complaints
3. Provide customers with product and service information
4. Process orders, forms and applications
5. Identify and escalate priority issues
Outbound
6. Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or
service
7. Obtain customer information
8. Obtain possible customer leads
9. Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
10. Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
