Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :
· Evaluate Existing Business Process
· Create Documentation outlining Process Improvements
· Manage Process Implementation
· Conduct Analysis of on-going processes
· Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements & Automation of Processes
· Update business processes to meet changing business needs
· Present analyses, solutions and business cases to senior management
· Coordinate with cross-functional team to develop business process requirements Prepare high quality presentations for Shareholders
Key Performance Indicators :
· Turn Around Time
· Error Rate
· Number of processes Automated
· Number of processes documented Initiatives under taken for Improvement of Processes
Experience:
1 - 2 years
Technical Competencies:
· Well versed with SOP creation
· Strong presentation skills
· Strong excel skills
· Strong data analysis skills Well versed with lending products
Qualifications:
MBA (Finance/Operations)
