JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The role purpose is to grow net new business and expand & uphold existing foot-print. The candidate must have deep understanding of market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise in conjunction with Pre-Sales Managers & Partners.
  • The candidate must have the right dynamism, striving spirit, individual drive, and past success in Sales to join the Information Security Sales Team.

Responsibilities
  • Generate Profitable Revenue from the PSU Segment ( Bank & Navratna)
  • Prospect and identify qualified opportunities
  • Be responsible for forecasting and reporting business opportunities as well as building and maintaining business pipeline, pipeline creation through multiple activities such as, targeted workshops, events, seminars, etc.
  • Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations
  • Achieve targets - a quota carrying role to consistently deliver against forecast and goals.
  • Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical.
  • Ensure face time with customer for selling and conduct sales presentation
  • Work with multiple OEM’s for new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, system integrations, consultants etc.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of selling experience in PSU Sales with a demonstration of over-achievement in demanding environments.
  • Candidate should be from IT solution sales {i.e. IT hardware \ Software\ IT infra. \ Security \ Data center etc}
  • Exposure to selling Info-sec solutions is a ++.
  • Consistent track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, teamwork, Business forecasting, pipeline development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills required.
