The India and Philippines organization at Wells Fargo enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting Wells Fargo's business lines and staff functions across Technology, Business Services, Risk Services and Knowledge Services. I &P teams operate from Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai in India and in Manila, Philippines.
Departmental Overview
Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 5,200 retail branches, 18 contact centers, and more than 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia. We serve and help individuals and families in many aspects of their lives, helping them buy homes, open first bank and savings accounts, buy cars to get to and from work or school, and start or grow small businesses.
CDEP team works across the Consumer and Small Business Banking, Consumer Lending, and Wealth and Investment Management lines of business to develop coordinated strategies for growth in each of Wells Fargo's customer segments.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical/data and/or technology background with a proven record in handling multiple projects/priorities. in this role the individual will support the department (Business Strategy and Operations Manager, his peers and his manager) in a) preparing executive management reviews, reports, data analysis and communications b) implementing change management initiatives c) designing and running business processes and d) organizing meetings.
Responsibilities:

  • Work with a senior management team to gather requirement obtain the proper data to mitigate certification management risk.

  • Analyze and translate access information into actionable and insightful certification management reporting and tools.

  • Develop automated solutions supporting the team's processes. This could include notifications to managers and team members, triggering events for follow-up, periodic reporting, etc.

  • Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies.

  • Build out and support the development of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc., which will enable analysis and data visualization

  • Produce executive management reviews and other similar communications for distribution within and outside of the department and serve as a liaison for internal & executive communications

  • Generate reports, metrics, and communications

  • Design and implement business process improvements

  • Assist in implementing change management initiatives

  • Administer policies and procedures and create/improve/run business processes and procedures and artifacts to improve the functioning, productivity, and compliance of the department

  • Visualization: Expert-level skills in creating graphics to effectively convey complex messages and stories

  • Business Process and Project Management: Improve and redesign business processes and implement process changes administer business policies/processes

  • Business and Data Analysis: Analyze and summarize business and performance data

Market Skills and Certifications
Essential Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • Minimum 1+ years of financial services experience
  • 1+ years of SQL experience performing Data mining, profiling, and analysis of data
  • 2+ years of experience in Tableau and Business Object background.
  • Advance Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Background in SharePoint process management development
  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results
  • Ability to prepare and present senior level communications
  • Ability to present results of analyses and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Desired Skills:
  • Prior experience in working with banks and understands the relative functions and processes of the business units within a bank. Expectation is on good financial services processes experience with a quality and process management focus.
  • Experience delivering agile transformation project methodology
  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
