POSITION : Analyst, Business Finance

LOCATION : Bangalore

Job Summary:

The Analyst, Business Finance, will support business finance function in establishing and delivering the key processes and monitoring the progress. S/he would report to the Head, Business Finance and would assist on all strategic and tactical issues including that of revenue assessment, invoicing, AR accounting, cash flow, cost analysis and forecasting, procurement etc.

Assess revenue for all opportunities basis the contract and maintain the tracker.
Study the client's contracts to ensure the timely billing
Invoicing basis the contracts within the timeline
Accounting for the AR and sales in financial ERP
Assist in liaising with the client's counterpart and monitor the collection
Asist in yearly budgeting exercise and monitoring the same on monthly basis.
Assist in procurement activities, vendor selection, negotiating with the vendor, PO generation and payments
Ensure documentation and approvals substantiating the revenue recognition, accounting, invoicing etc.
Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
Publish monthly statements and provide regular reports of budget vs variance, revenue, AR aging, monthly cash collection etc. and develop performance measures to support business decisions

Candidate Requirements:
3 5 years of relevant experience in Finance.
M.Com/ Semi- qualified ACA / MBA Finance
Exposure to Business Finance; Conversant to the contractual nuances / obligations.
Strong business acumen, attention to detail, clear and crisp communication skill, and Stakeholder management skills
