Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Get the sale using various customer sales methods (cold calling, presentations ,Digital Marketing etc)
2. Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
3. Evaluate customers requirements, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
4. Must be able to do solution based selling.
5. Meet personal and team sales targets
6. Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
7. Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
8. Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
9. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
1. Proven sales experience in the field of IT Infrastructure System Integrator and/or Telecom domain.
2. Track record of over-achieving quota/target
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as ZOHO,CRATIO Etc.
4. Proficiency in digital marketing through Linkedin, Facebook , Google Etc.
5. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline/funnel management
6. Computer use competency
7. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
8. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
9. Strong listening and sales skills.
10. Ability to achieve targets.
11. Self motivated and driven
12. BE/B.Sc/M.Sc/MBA degree or equivalent
