Job Title: Business Development Manager
Function: Business Development for our internal domestic process for Hyderabad with 5-11 years experience.
candidates with good personality, excellent communication and presentation skills.
Skills & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Acquiring and Managing new clients for defined countries or service lines within IT Staffing practice.Work Closely with the leadership team to define Sales Strategy for defined Geo's and/ or service lines.Should have dealt with MNC or Top Brand. Should carry rich connects within Industry preferably with Human Resource / Talent Acquisition Team. Should have prior experience in IT Recruitment Industry. Coordinate with the Service Delivery team to ensure alignment with the client requirements.Negotiating and agreeing on commercial terms & conditions with the client in line with the company policies. Responsible in making the revenue generation and acquiring new business. Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients, Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation. Roles and Responsibilities
