Roles and responsibilities-

• As a Strategic Partnerships and Growth Associate, you will lead interactions with clients, retailers, distributors, partners. You will enjoy a very high degree of autonomy and decision-making ability, and will join as a key player in an extremely motivated team. Job description:
• Responsible for qualifying, pitching, and managing relationships with retailers, distributors, partners from first meeting to first sale to growth
• Ownership of offline/online sales via channel stores and partners
• Identify additional channels and partners for sales
• Monitor and measure performance
• Create activation strategies
• Set targets
• Build and scale the BD & sales organization Requirements:
• Highly collaborative mindset: we- re a small team
• Extrovert, excellent negotiation & sales skills
• Smart, driven, flexible individual with an attitude to get things done
• Entrepreneurial mindset & ability to work independently
• Ability to work around the crutches of a startup life Optional:
• BD, Sales experience, ideally in FMCG
• Experience in ecommerce
• Experience in developing indirect sales channels Others:
• Interest in food (either to eat or to cook; both will put you in good company)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in dealing with distributors, buyers, retail outlets
• Experience in driving partnership deals
• Affinity for technology
