Job Description


  • Identify Staffing Business Opportunities by prospecting, lead generation, in-person meetings, networking, social media etc.
  • 2-4 hours of phone activity each day cold calling prospects and cultivating existing relationships.
  • Generate and manage leads and referrals, follow up with sales activity emails, schedule appointments,
  • Prepare and present sales presentations to corporate influencers and decision-makers at customers sites
  • Promote Redefined Corp's service offerings to clients.
  • Manage client relationships by providing quick response, exceptional customer service and provide business solutions
  • Travel to client locations when needed
  • Acquire master service agreements
  • Work with recruiting team, communicate staffing requirements and screen resumes
