Position: Business Development Manager (Oncology Sales)
No. of Positions: 01 Based @ Mumbai, 01 Based @ Nagpur, 01 Based @ Pune, 01 Based @ Arunachal Pradesh, 01 Based at Manipur, 01 Based @ Meghalaya, 01 Based @ Mizoram.

CTC: Upto 4.50 Lacs per annum + Field Allowance (For 3 - 5 years experienced candidates)

Position Open For Both: Female / Male Candidates

Role & Responsibilities:

The job involves meeting Oncologists in the defined business territories for promoting the company's medicines through a doctor network. (By generating doctor prescriptions)

To coordinate with the hospital administration team and empanel company and its products through their hospital dispensary network.

To appoint chemists / stockists in the assigned business territories and boost sales volume through them.

To perform any other tasks as assigned by the company's management team from time to time.

Must Have This Background:

Graduate / Postgraduate degree with science specialization and holding relevant sales experience of 3 - 5 years in Pharma / Diagnostics Sales focused from Oncology Product Segment only.

A Person should be having good command in spoken English, Hindi and other local languages of their region.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record and should demonstrate a high energy level for working in a challenging environment that believes in a performance driven work culture.

Good geographical knowledge of the territory is a must.
