Roles and ResponsibilitiesĀ
⢠Driving business through marketing and building relationships with current and new clients
⢠Market research to strengthen existing business and foray into new markets
⢠Develop distributors for new markets
⢠To coordinate supplies / orders of existing products and develop new products with new clients
⢠Creating a roadmap based on the therapy of the products, and as per the available product portfolio, and developing leading pharmaceutical companies as clients
⢠Experience getting the products technically qualified through Dossiers / Tech Pack Evaluations
⢠Harnessing existing network to market manufacturing capability and services of the company
⢠Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information.
⢠Collaborate with QA/QC and Production personnel to drive regulatory requirements when necessary
Candidate Profile
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
⢠Strong network in semi-regulated markets to drive API and intermediate business in specifically (but not limited to) Anti-TB, Anti-Psychotic, Gout, Anti-Emetic and Veterinary therapy areas
⢠Strong network of manufacturing clients and distributors
⢠Should have experience of handling business development with leading Indian and International pharmaceutical companies
⢠Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
⢠Good knowledge of Product Technical aspects such as SMF, DMF, Dossier, Tech Packs, Stability Studies, BE / Clinical studies.
⢠Strong knowledge of market research tools and databases to drive business development
⢠Sound negotiation and people skills
⢠Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
⢠Well versed with GMP and WHO-GMP guidelines in pharmaceuticals
⢠Travel as required for business development activities
