Job Description & Activities to be carried :
• Understand, comprehend & communicate Client needs in timely manner to Project Associates & Service providers
• Coordinate technical support to determine Client needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve problems in discussion with other colleagues/associates working on the project
• Channelize the communication between the Clients & Service Providers by effectively filling the communication gaps if any
• Timely follow-up of all assigned Projects & activities & prepare a timely update on project progress
• Handle incoming mail and other material independently
• Review and summarize project reports & documents, prepare background documents & outgoing mails as necessary.
• Complete projects on deadline, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Contribute to the completion of projects in a timely manner – communicate time/budget variations if any & resolve issues
• Create written and oral presentations in PowerPoint format for client delivery
• Provide support by conducting on-line research & prepare market reports as & when required
• Gather data on clients & competitors and analyze the market activities
• Independently handle information requests from clients as well as Other services providers & Associates
• Identify and develop potential business opportunities & partners and grow existing client relationships;
• Perform potential client research;
• Identify third party opportunities and take the lead in negotiating appropriate business models
• Assist in preparing the other presentation materials as & when necessary
• Attend Client meetings & perform site visits as & when required.
• Maintain the Business Development databases
• Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings
• Liaison with internal and external contacts
• Perform administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
• Set up and maintain filing systems
• Train and supervise other business development executives.
• Other assignments as requested for the overall performance of the company

Garphi Biosciences is engaged in the business of rendering strategic consultancy services including but not limited to Licensing-in & out, Project Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, strategy & other Business Advisory services etc to its clients in India, US, Europe & other South Asian Countries.
