Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities - Lead Generation/ Demand Generation/ B2B Sales

• Generate Demand or lead for new business & handle existing accounts in PAN India
• Make outbound/cold calls, sending emails, doing follow ups to generate lead.
• Using of digital technology to generate demand as per requirements, understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Experience in B2B sales/business by applying Key Account Management techniques
• To retain existing clients and acquire new clients in the specified market.
• Maintain excellent relationship with new & existing client as- Key Accounts Manager.
• Interaction with clients to understand the business requirements.
• Achieve set targets in terms of revenue, profitability and other result areas for the given period.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Should have Excellent written and verbal English
• Should be Graduate in any stream OR Degree OR Diploma Holder in Chemical Engineering (Preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Should have B2B industrial experience, Demand Generation and Lead conversion.
• Good ability to deal with new prospects as well as existing one.
• Goal oriented & Good convincing skills/ Negotiation Skills.
• Significant Sales experience, with proven success in developing profitable business, preferably with Key Accounts.
