1. Store hunting and on-boarding - Market mapping and Identification of potential retail stores for time bound Acquisition, induction and on boarding of new stores in the assigned territory
2. Store management: Managing and driving the performance of the Channel partners/stores’ business with company. Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the stores and company.
3. Field Visits: Visiting targeted number of stores on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
4. Training: Deliver training & coaching of company processes, products, operating model and SOPs.
5. Set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage relationships with the acquired/assigned stores for a mutual growth.
6. Work with Stores/channel partners to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great delivery experience and consistently enhance efficiency.
7. Enhance Engagement with stores to improve business and increase retention.
8. Drive stores against goals (CSAT, Delivery %, etc. )
1. Knack and knowledge of Network maintenance and performance management.
2. Basic Logistics understanding
3. Availability to work on flexible shifts
4. Should be ready to carry out intercity/ intra-city travels .
5. Tech savvy – MS office, Excel
6. Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
8. Conversant in local language & English.
