  • Post: Business Development Executive (BDE)
  • Type: Permanent on the rolls of theBANK

Role & Responsibility This position is permanent and on the rolls ofThe BANK for the post of Business Development Executive (BDE). It is a field sales job which involves traveling within the city/local area and has the following responsibilities:
  • To sell the Bank's products o Savings Accounts
  • Current Accounts
  • Term Deposits
  • Debit / Credit Cards
  • IPG Products (Life Insurance / General Insurance / Mutual Fund / Gold Coins / Online Trading)
  • To acquire new to Bank customers and pursue new business relationships
  • To fulfill KYC norms
  • To reach out to High Net-worth Individuals

The role as defined above is subject to change at the discretion of the BANK.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduate in any stream, both Fresher’s and Experienced candidates
  • Candidates having experience in BFSI sectors will be preferred
  • Candidates from service industries like Hotel, Pharma, IT, etc. with a flair for Sales can also apply
  • Candidate age should not be more than 26 years as on training start date
  • Candidate should be willing to do sales & collection
  • Candidates who own a 2-wheeler and Smartphone will be preferred

2.Selection Process:
  • The applicant is required to successfully clear the Axis written test and interview round get enrolled for the Axis Sales Academic Program

3.Compensation & Benefits
  • On successful completion of 6 day's residential training program and 5-day's OJT, candidates will be absorbed bythe BANK at an annual consolidated CTC of Rs. 1.50 L.
  • Performance-based Incentives: One can earn a maximum incentive of up to Rs.7,20,000/- p.a. (Rs. 60,000/- p.m.)

  • BDE Officer Sales Assistant Manager Sales Deputy Manager (BSM/RM/CSO) - Manager Senior Manager - (RM/BSM/Ops Head/Branch Head) Asst. Vice President. (Can reach at AVP level in 10 yrs.)

4. Program Details
  • The selected applicant has to undergo 6 day's residential training at ITM respective campus and 5 days residential OJT at any AXIS BANK Branch.

On successful completion of the training program and OJT, the participant will be absorbed as a BDE inthe bank.
