Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion of new clients.
2. Building relationships with new clients in an attempt to increase the business
3. Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization
4. Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements
5. Instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets
6. Proven business development associate who is used to work towards targets
7. Proven track record in Client Acquisition, business development and winning new business
8. Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads and placements
9. Should have a deep understanding of the Staffing business processes and experience
10. Should be well versed with the complete life cycle of recruitment.
11. High level of energy, with an outgoing personality.

12. Ability to think outside the box.

13.Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

14.Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
