Job Description

Job Role:
. Understand business banking customer's profile and requirements and develop plans to address them
. Engage with newly acquired current account customers for activation on MB / NB, E tax collection, Beat pick up and other services to make it transactional
. Sell value added services like POS/CMS/ TFX to customers.
. Deepen CASA , TD relationship from mapped customers.
Generate x sell leads for assets products. X sell GI products
. General referral for CASA accounts from existing cusotmers
. Informs customers of product enhancements or new product to further expand the banking relationship
. Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
. Upward migrate customer to higher variant products by giving enablers, Hooks.
Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts
Job Requirements:
. Excellent written and oral communication skills
. MBA/Graduate
. Minimum work exp. - 3 years
. Good knowledge of business banking customer and CA sourcing. Knowledge of POS,CMS, TFX , Assets and GI will be added advantage.
. Should be good in excel and analytical skill.
. Good in relationship management and problem solving skill.
