Job Description

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Work with Product Owner to understand the Why/what of the initiatives and the features thereof
  • Draft & define appropriately detailed specifications for the product features, so they are clearly understood by the development & QA teams
  • Work with the delivery/development teams by driving towards Product road map
  • Participates and contribute in business/functional Solution and Product Design
  • Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the leads, developer and ensure in a manner that helps determines the various integrations, flows and dependencies of features across the product.
  • Review and contribute to functional design documents, user stories and other functional artifacts to ensure that they are in alignment with the Business need.
  • Functional test the existing and new product capabilities to ensure the quality of the product is high

  • You demonstrate project management and organizational skills
  • You seek to stay on top of the field through additional training.
  • You adapt to situations and problems quickly as well as juggle multiple tasks and projects as per need
Skills we can't do without:
  • 2 to 4 yrs experience as a Business Analyst in Payments Domain
  • Should come from a Techno Functional Background
  • You have sophisticated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to explain complex concepts to colleagues and non-technical professionals.
  • You are proficient in English, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence is an advantage.
  • Should be well versed with API Integrations
Skills we'd like:
  • Knowledge of Recurring Payments would be preferred.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation (JIRA / Confluence).
  • Put acceptance criteria and validate the implemented application functionally.
  • Answer functional queries by any stakeholders or Dev team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders Product, Engineering and others during the visioning and concept development of a product
  • Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with Delivery
  • Take functional decisions about the product.
  • Verify functional aspects of client issues or bugs.
  • Release roadmap tracking and maintaining release notes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to efficiently implement changes.
  • Write user manuals and prepare easy to understand documentation.
  • Suggest improvements and new ideas.
