Job Description

  • Collect, understand and analyze business requirements, identify/ provide solutions, and coordinate with development team/ solution vendor to deliver solutions
  • Assist project manager to manage the overall technology project
  • Ensure the quality of functional specifications developed and quality of System Integration Test performed by development team before handover to User Acceptance Test (UAT)
  • Coordinate major stakeholders for production launch
  • Coordinate resolution of production problems
  • Ensure full compliance of policies and regulations
  • Identify opportunities and drive continuous enhancements
  • Job Requirements
  • Overall 8 to 10 years of experience in Core Banking Payments
  • Minimum 3 years of IT related experience in payment solutions
  • Core banking business analysis experience preferably in retail banking applications and/ or internet, mobile, ATM applications
  • Very good experience in understanding the requirement of the businesses and elaborate the details of the project
  • Good English speaking/writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good team work and communication skills
  • Good analytic and problem solving skills
  • Experience of leading project team is an advantage

  • Degree holder in Commerce, Information Technology or related discipline
