Job Description- Business Analysts Location: Bangalore Experience require : 5 to 10 Yrs Key Skill Required : RPA , OCR , Lean Six Sigma, Reengineering, Blue Prism. We are looking for qualified Business Analysts to strengthen our team in the Robotics Process Automation area in Banking & Financial, Capital Markets, Healthcare and Telecom domains. Key Deliverables: Process documentation, AS IS – TO BE, BRD, SDD etc. Assessment of Business benefits covering Cost savings, Cost-benefit analysis, FTE and AHT savings Recommendations for improvements, standardization, solutions and respective implementation plans Key Responsibilities: Information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations Develops proposals for change or enhancement Basic Technical Skills to guide the customer and senior managers Project Management and Coordination with the SMEs/customers/development team/Jr BA Analysts & various stakeholders Ensure customer attain required levels of understanding of RPA, Process which can be automated and its business benefits Participate in articulating the RPA proposition Giving Demo & Guiding (coaching / training) the end user during UAT Involvement in Opportunity assessment (Process Discovery and Assessment Approach / Tools & Templates finalization)
