Job Description

We have Openings for WFM for UK and US BPOs In MUMBAI
* Monitor the queues on a real time basis
* Shift focus for phone, chat and e-mail channel according to real-time requirements (e.g. in peak times)
* Ensure agents adhere to the planned and prepare

Desired Candidate Profile
* Minimum experience of 2 years with 12-18 months of relevant experience in similar role
* Working knowledge of multi-user computer systems, applications, and equipment along with work force management tools and techniques
* Awareness of staffing
