Handle customer queries and respond appropriately as per the process document.
Prepare quotes and do follow ups. (project specific).
Have an impeccable understanding of the process workflow and the process and
delivery flawless delivery.
Work in alignment with the directions of the SME/TL and complete the assigned
work, by extending the work hours, as needed.
Work in line with the team and ensure that the agent contributes to the success of
the project.
Ensure to meet the assigned targets.
Work towards customer/client satisfaction.
Adhere to the process and procedure as directed by the concerned authority.
Be flexible in adapting to the work expectation (change in shift time/off day). Should
be able to work under pressure situations like tight delivery schedule.
Being aware of the project KPIs or metrics and ensure to meet the same.
