1. Adherence to microbiological sampling and testing criteria.
2. Microbiological results interpretation and timely communication to concerned team in appropriate manner.
3. Contribute in developing and conducting GMP and hygiene trainings.
4. Realize testing of warehouse and market samples on Global 3D parameters in absence of RMPM analyst.
5. Participate and qualify in Micro proficiency test for CSD & NCB as per applicability. Achieve Z score in blue band.
6. Play lead role in AIB, HACCP food safety audits and coordinate other food safety aspects.
7. Conduct hygiene and GMP audit to at least once in a month.
