Position involves Installation, Maintenance, Service Technical & Support (priority) to current installations and generating New Sales for company's products to Diagnostics Labs, Hospitals, Pharma labs, etc.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Service Support:
• To do installations of analyzers at new customers with proper site survey checks as per the protocol.
• Provide user training to Doctors and laboratory technicians.
• Complete preventive maintenance routine as scheduled, as well as emergency calls.
• Minimize equipment down time.
• Provide Customer’s satisfaction at all times.
• Provide preliminary Application support wherever required.
• Should have good analytical skills. Find the remedy, root cause of failure and take action to prevent the reoccurrence.
• Selling equipment service contracts to customers
• Provide the primary troubleshooting training to laboratory technicians and end users.
B.E. or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering.
Experience: 1-6 years in Sales/Service of Diagnostic/Laboratory Equipment and Reagents would be preferred.
Candidates preferring for only Sales or only Service roles can also apply.
Candidate must be good in oral and written business English communication. Candidate must be computer literate. Self starters with a attitude to learn will be an advantage.
Salary: As per industry standard.
