Job Description

Client Servicing Executive / Billing Executive / TPA Executive:
1. Closely liaise with the customer / insurance companies for policy related matters and resolve the same at the earliest
2. Closely work with the Insurers, Branch Head, Head Office and the Customers in collating the requisite documents viz. , policy documents, endorsements, policy schedules, premium receipts, claim papers etc. , with a view to ensure that the service time lines are maintained within the acceptable time limits.
3. Experience in any TPA / Insurance Company in a similar function
4. Registration of claims, post verifying policy and insureds details
5. Error-free claim adjudication/processing as per process norms
6. Handle grievances and escalation of the clients
7. Preparing Reports for the claims and cashless services
8. Follow ups with corporate, Brokers and insurance companies for endorsements and policy
9. Handling Cash & IPD Billing
10. Coordinating with Healthcare Service Provider to provide the cashless benefit.
11. Coordinating with the client for smooth and timely cashless approval
