Qualification: MBA (Preferred) or Graduate
Experience : 2 years to 8 years
Should have experience in Insurance Company or Insurance Brokers on similar profile.
Or should have experience in similar profile in any industry, engaged in Corporate Sales.
Should have Exposure to Corporate/ Institutions in existing profile.
Person with experience & knowledge of Insurance products.
Should have good command on English & Hindi, Local languages will be added advantage.
Good personality with positive attitude, ambitious and long term view.
Self starter with Go and get attitude.
Good Communications Skills.
Innovative with presentation skills.
Should have good command on computers, emails & applications. Also the use of latest gadgets. Should know to prepare reports, charts & Presentations.
Should have good writing skills and should know to Draft & Design the email.
He/ She would be responsible for getting sale of Insurance from the corporate/ Institutions.
· Have to visit the right person in the company and give presentation of Company as well as for product to get the sales of Insurance product.
· She/he would cater the Product only suits to Corporate of Intuitions.
· Group Mediclaim would be most preferred product to sell / General insurance/mutual Funds
· Have to achieve his monthly, quarterly & yearly target, as decided by company.
· Preparing the Activity report.
· Maintaining the good & healthy business relationship with Parent companies, Clients, team & other associates.
· Should be willing to travel for official trips and also should be ready for temporary deputations in other city also for few weeks. If & when the Job demands.
