Job Description


Key responsibilities
-Process Owner of all Bank Infrastructure Processes
-Lead, develop, and mentor a Bank Infrastructure team of 5 head counts in the core offshored Cash Management processes.
-End-to-end process ownership for the existing centralized online Banking client definitions and the associated AML and administration tasks.
-Business process design, testing and roll-out of the Centralization project of all online Banking profiles across the Groups core external bank portfolio
-Business Process Lead of further extending the onboarding of internal business units onto the SWIFT KYC platform.
-Maintain and develop the Bank Infrastructure SharePoint sites that are linked to BAM and the Groups Master Data system, Findur.
-Data analysis of Findur Master Data to improve data quality as part of Overall Visibility Improvement Objective
-Be the liaison for Cash Management Strategy for both the current tasks as well as future visibility related tasks
-Support process improvement projects around further automation and standardisation of Global Cash Management processes
-Ensure KPI’s are attached to the core processes to be reviewed during weekly team meetings with CPH
-Main contact for Cash Management Infrastructure when dealing with external banks dedicated service teams on various BI tasks.
-Support Group Treasury and Risk with internal RICC controls and external audit requirements for centralized BI activities.
We are looking for
-7+ years of Bank Administration process experience with a thorough and solid end-to-end understanding of how Global Centralized Banking Profiles are setup and managed
-A good knowledge of bank account infrastructure setup.
-Experience in handling KYC and AML documentation
-Has successfully led a team
-Has successfully managed projects
-Understanding of how internal controls are maintained in accordance to the Groups governance framework
-Experience from an international work environment, where tasks are offshored.
-Solid track record of process improvement initiatives via automation.
