Automation Performance Tester
Position: Analyst / Senior Analyst / Manager
Job Description:
.Develop the Automated Regression Pack for all bank's products
.Design & execute Regression Test Pack using frontend & backend test scripts.
.Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and
.Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
.Automate the Test Data Management for core banking, payment and treasury systems
using Automation tools
.Create functional and non-functional test cases based on the functional and technical
design prepared by business analyst/developers. Liaise with them to ensure
appropriate test coverage.
.Identify, log, track and report the defects and issues. And clarify them with business
.Support user acceptance test (UAT).
.BAU support for branches such as trouble shooting and QA.
.Collaborate with partners across IT and business groups.
.Be a part of an ongoing effort to bring new testing knowledge into the team
.Suggest new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency
Job Responsibilities:
.Total of 3-12 Years of work experience in Testing with 3-5 years experience in Banking
domain testing / Automation Testing.
.Experience in defect management
.Unix/Linux basic knowledge
.Tools : Selenium, Python, Java and J-Meter
Below skills are advantageous:
.Experience in Treasury, Payment & Cash Management systems will be preferred.
.Hands on experience with JIRA, Jenkins, Selenium etc.
.Experience in full SDLC / Agile process
.Experience in testing in MUFG environment or any other financial institution's banking
.Bachelor degree in computing or relevant field
