• Experience in managing, maintaining, installing and configuring Asterisk/ VICIdial/ VICIbox/ GoAutoDial/ IP PBX systems
• Should have Hands on experience on Dialplan writing for Complex IVR Systems
• Creating, Managing and Integrating service provider SIP/VoIP Accounts with asterisk
• knowledge of Troubleshooting related to Asterisk,Linux.
• Knowledge in ZAP-TEL, DAHDI, Asterisk Implementation and Integration To any call center or contact center environment.
• Good Client interaction Capabilities & handle clients for their issues.
• Able to troubleshoot Dial-er/Asterisk related issues and following up with service providers on open issues
• Tightening the security of Asterisk Server
• Should be hands on in all day to day operational activities of maintaining live platform, Trouble shooting of dialer issues, application (ASTERISK, GOAUTODIAL) issues, Generating and analyzing MIS reports, Resolving complaints
• Experience in gathering phone and server log files and configuration data for analysis in order to determine root cause of problems and create solutions
• PHP programming experience for customizing VICIdial/GoAutoDIal
• Good knowledge of MySQL database with database backup and restore
