Job Description

The Role Responsibilities

  • Accountable for managing the Talent Assessment Vendor support for COE colleagues and advising on opportunities available or risks foreseen

  • Support with co-ordination work for the Global Talent CoE team

  • Ops support for the Talent Assessment products


  • Accountable to drive and support Talent Assessment products as per the agreed standards Globally

  • Act as subject matter expert of the product and responsible to educate and collaborate with the requestor and GPS teams for the accountable deliverables


  • Understanding the Organisation & Business context

  • Extensive experience and expertise in the Senior Level Stakeholder Management. (Global Head Talent Solutions, Talent Assessments CoEs, Requesting business, HRBPs & Partners in GPS Global People Services)

  • Proactively engaging with the respective stakeholders and delivering value added services

  • Eye for simplifying the manual processes and suggest improvements


  • Agility to keep track of the organizational changes and bring appropriate changes to the process and plans.

  • Proficient in project management skills

  • Proficient in excel skills

  • Experience in process documentation

  • Always maintaining up to date data/information and conducting periodic checks

  • Bring Process improvement in consultation with the Lead Ability to convert the automation requirements to execute. Eg: Preparing Business requirement document, Data input for the automation. Ability to translate the requirements into documentation.

  • End to end request management and reporting

  • Supports the Group Talent team with ad-hoc projects such as surveys, analysis, calls, projects, support on strategic talent papers

  • Supports the Group Talent team with communications plan with regards to changes or updates to products for stakeholders (including updation of myHR Knowledge Bank)

  • Experience and/or exposure in Vendor management/Co-ordination and Finance Processing

People & Talent

  • Act as subject matter expert of the Talent Assessment products and responsible to educate & collaborate with the colleagues and GPS teams for the accountable deliverables

  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.

Risk Management

  • Highlighting potential risk and mitigating them in the process and product.


  • Maintain Global governance standards within area of accountability

  • Follow risk parameters as defined within area of accountability

  • Map & update process steps in ARIS as appropriate

  • Adhere to Quality Matrices standards in the product and unit

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the .

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Our Ideal Candidate

  • 7-9 years of experience in Talent Assessment or related products/processes

  • Masters degree in the relevant domain (preferred)

  • Experience in Vendor Management, Stakeholder management and Team Co-ordination will be an advantage
