Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Service delivery lead (P2P & R2R)
In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of the Internet and online applications.
Responsibilities
  • Experience in managing service delivery for P2P and R2R domains.
  • Ensure that all SLA/KPIs are met per contract terms
  • Drive digital for automation in the process
  • Drive productivity targets
  • Ensure governance with the client and get client satisfaction scores
  • Drive new transitions and ensure end to end activities
  • Ensure timely and appropriate hiring for new transitions.
  • Ensure that the month close should be processed and report out within the time frame
  • Strong Accounting and Analytical Skills
  • Proven track record on people management and client management skills
  • Ability to think out of the box, deliver under adverse situations
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships to achieve department/business goals
  • Adhere to the internal compliance policy and guidelines established by the management on their daily operational activities

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and R2R process (working with International teams and clients is must)
  • Bachelors/master's degree in accounting or Finance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work methodically, efficiently & deliver under tight deadlines
  • The candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings
  • Flexible to work in a shift environment
  • Having Experience in team handling of a of 100-150 folks
