Responsibilities and Duties
To identify methods to generate leads and inquiries.
To identify business opportunities with new clients & existing clients.
To be able to create an effective pipeline for customers in his territory, and managing the same.
To forecast business generation on monthly basis for the different product category.
To make telephone calls for business purpose and conduct regular follow-up with prospective clients.
To maintain the call records and result achieved with accuracy.
To demonstrate /present products to the clients and make them aware about the services provided.
To negotiate the terms of an agreement, price, costs, delivery, and specifications with clients to make a
Follow-up with clients for completion of their documents and query resolution.
To coordinate with the client for feedbacks (Coordination & Execution)
To do post-execution PR/marketing for repeat business generation. (Example- Feedback/testimonials)
To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
To record the information of new customer into the database with accuracy.
To keep the database information updated and validate it
To generate and develop prospects into qualified lead with the help of database
To create required reports defining the progress level.
To provide the status report of achievement against given target.
To collaborate with managers in establishing or achieving the targeted business
