Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Hands-on experience in HR recruitment (understanding business needs, job descriptions, sourcing, interview scheduling, assimilating feedback from interviewers, closure, building pipeline for future needs/scaling).
  • Closure of positions and ensure quality hiring in the given stipulated time as per the policy or TAT.
  • Closely work with the Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs formulate recruitment plans and assess job description
  • Should have good people management skills, pleasant personality and good temperament
  • Should have the ability to build strong relationship with both internal and external communities.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Min 5-8 Yrs of Experience in End-to-End Recruitment (Volume Hiring)
  • Min 2-3 Years of Team Management Exp
  • Should have proven experience in Client Relationship
  • Should be Revenue / Target Driven
