Assistant Manager ( Outsourcing Recruitment Experience all over India )

1. Graduate with Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
2. Minimum 4-5 Years experience in an Outsourcing /Recruitment Consultancy where you were directly responsible to look after complete set up of Recruitments/Outsourcing for third party
3. Must be aware about mandatory compliance in outsourcing candidate to both Government and Private sector including Provident Fund and ESI and others
4. Able to develop and handle Team under you
5. To coordinate with IT team for any modifications from time to time for Recruitment software and Data management
