Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Life Insurance Training
. Take ownership for New Hire Training & Knowledge Management
. Timely & effective pre- process & process trainings
. Ensure100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers, update dissemination, error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments
. Adherence to Genpact training common minimum practices
. Daily touch points with process trainers, SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practices
. Maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose
. Any graduate except B. Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
. Relevant experience in Customer Service backend operations experience in Life Insurance
. Preferred-prior Transitions/ knowledge transfer experience/engagement to enable smooth knowledge capture/ transfer
Preferred skills:
. Proven work experience preferred in Customer Service backend operations experience in Life Insurance
. Excellent Interpersonal skills!
. Proactive communication & High analytical skills! - should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
